A case has been registered in France against Ashraf Hakimi, a player of the Moroccan football team, for allegedly sexually assaulting a 24-year-old woman.
According to the World News Agency, French prosecutors filed a case against Morocco and PSG defender Ashraf Hakimi on Friday, but Ashraf Hakimi was not arrested by the police.
Ashraf Hakimi was also questioned by French investigators in Paris on Thursday after allegations of sexual assault were made and the decision to file a case has been made in the light of this.
The woman has alleged that Ashraf Hakimi had given her money to take her to his house last Sunday and at that time the footballer’s wife and children were not present at the house in Paris.
According to the report, the woman filed a sexual assault complaint against Ashraf Hakimi in a Paris police station on Sunday.
It should be noted that Ashraf Hakimi was also a part of the Moroccan team that qualified for the semi-finals of the Football World Cup in Qatar last year.
