Nineteen people have died and 110 people have been injured in an explosion in a seven-storey building of a wholesale market in Bangladesh.
According to Bangladeshi media, after the explosion in Dhaka’s busiest and most crowded wholesale market, a sudden fire broke out, which completely destroyed the rest of the floors.
According to the eyewitnesses, the explosion was so powerful that the debris fell on the shoppers standing far away, which increased the number of injured. Most of the injured have severe injuries on their heads, hands and feet.
The condition of 15 people in the explosion is said to be critical. The explosion has not yet been determined, but the building used to store vegetables, grains and fruits, among other things.
