Babar Azam is the most favorite candidate of cricket fans for The Hundred Drafting - Pakistan

The captain of the national cricket team, Babar Azam, became the most favorite candidate of cricket fans for The Hundred Drafting.

The Hundred Organizing Committee conducted a survey to determine the most popular players with the fans for the draft, the captain of the national cricket team was voted the favorite by 25% of the fans. Shaheen Afridi managed to get 8%, Mohammad Rizwan 4% fan votes.

Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan are expected to bid for at least 27.6 million Pakistani rupees in The Hundred Tournament. Fast bowlers Mohammad Amir, Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah will be included in the draft at a reserve price of more than 2.2 million Pakistani rupees.

8 women cricketers from Pakistan have also registered for the Hundred League, fast bowler Diana Baig is the second most expensive player, Jawaria Rauf is part of the draft with a reserve price of £18,750.

Aram Javed, Nida Dar, Fatima Sana, Arooj Shah, Muneeba Siddiqui and Mahim Tariq have also signed for the draft which has no reserve price.

Remember that captain Babar Azam was not bid in last year’s draft because Pakistan had to play international matches during the tournament.
