President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that no one is above the law in the country and the arbitrary decisions of incompetent rulers will not work.
Chaudhry Parvez Elahi has given a strong reaction to the postponement of the Punjab Assembly election by the Election Commission and said that the Election Commission has fulfilled the unconstitutional demand of PDM, the Election Commission has insulted the court by postponing the election.
In a meeting with the former members of the assembly, the PTI president added that the election will be held at the appointed time. The decision of the Supreme Court is final. According to Law Minister Rana Sana, the decision of the Supreme Court is not final. Justices cannot interfere, this statement falls under the category of contempt of court.
