Former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mahmood Khan, Speaker Mushtaq Ghani, former Deputy Speaker Mahmood Jan, former provincial ministers, senators and former assembly members have been revealed to have Excise Department vehicles.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Excise Department has sent a letter to DG Excise for implementation to ensure early return of vehicles.

It has been said in the letter that the vehicles of the excise department are still with the senators, former provincial ministers and former assembly members, so the vehicles should be taken back from them immediately.

According to the Excise Department, former ministers are among the unauthorized persons, they cannot keep the vehicles of the department.

It should be noted that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly was dissolved on January 18, 2023, within a week of which the Caretaker Chief Minister was also appointed, after which all the government officials of that time, who were not allowed to use government vehicles, became former.
