In a friendly match, Maldives defeated Pakistan by 1-0 on the football field.

In the match played at Lamu Gan Stadium, Maldivian player Ibrahim Easam scored a goal against Pakistan in twenty minutes of the first half.

No team could score a goal in the second half, while the Pakistani team could not score a single goal against Maldives in the entire match.
