According to the State Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan returned 10 billion 21 million dollars of external debt and interest in 6 months.
According to the central bank, the debt and interest of 10 billion 21 million dollars were paid in the 6 months of the current fiscal year, July to December 2022.

The data shows that in the first quarter of the financial year 2022-23, 3.5 billion dollars of debt and interest were paid, while in the second quarter, about 6.8 billion dollars were paid.

The State Bank of Pakistan says that the principal debt owed to Pakistan in payments was $8.271 billion and the interest was $1.945 billion.
