Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has challenged the non-bailable arrest warrant in the Islamabad High Court after the request was rejected by the local court of Islamabad.
The lawyers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court and requested to hear the petition of Imran Khan today.
The petition sought to quash the non-bailable warrant of arrest issued by the District and Sessions Court.
It should be remembered that the Sessions Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case on February 28.
