Kulbhushan Yadav, a serving Indian Navy commander, was running a terror network in Pakistan under the name Hussain Mubarak Patel.
Kulbhushan Yadav was arrested on March 3, 2016 by Pakistani agencies from Mashkhel area of Chaman.
53-year-old Kulbhushan Yadav of India was involved in organized terrorist activities in Pakistan for the Indian agency “RAW” since 2003.
After entering Chabahar “Iran” on a fake passport in 2003, Kulbhushan nurtured a network of Baloch separatists under the guise of scrap business.

In his statement, Kulbhushan acknowledged terrorism in Pakistan and admitted that India’s target was to boost the separatist movement in CPEC, Gwadar port and Balochistan.
In September 2016, Pakistan also handed over the dossier of Kulbhushan Yadav and “RA” to the United Nations on terrorist activities in Pakistan.
India had refused to recognize Kulbhushan Yadav as its citizen, but in April 2017, after Pakistan sentenced Kulbhushan to death, there was an uproar in India.
India approached the International Court of Justice for the release of Kulbhushan Yadav, but the International Court of Justice rejected the request regarding the acquittal and extradition of Kulbhushan Yadav involved in terrorist activities in Pakistan.
Sri Lanka, Nepal and Myanmar have also accused India of terrorism.
