Regarding Justice Qazi Faiz Isa’s participation in the Parliament session today, Hamid Khan said that there is an attempt to create division within the judiciary, it was not right for Justice Faiz Isa to go to Parliament at that time.
He said that at this time it seems that an attempt is being made to wall the judiciary, no one knows which side the majority is on, there is a division between them, there is no problem if there is a division in terms of thinking. Both factions are equally divided.
On the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Bill, the PTI leader said that this is a bill before the signature of the President, when it becomes a law then any person has the right to challenge this law in the High Court under Article 8. Will get.
The legal expert said that it would have been considered good if the bill related to the Supreme Court had been brought in under normal circumstances, at this time, an attempt is being made to reduce the authority of the judiciary rather than legislation to find a solution to a problem.
