Karachi, shack fire brought under control - Pakistan

The fire in the huts near Malir Anwar Baloch Hotel in Karachi has been brought under control.

According to Rescue Zai, more than 20 clothes and goods were burnt due to the fire, while the seriously injured woman was shifted to Burns Ward of Civil Hospital.

According to the fire brigade officials, the fire has been brought under control and the cooling process is on.

As soon as the fire incident was reported, an emergency was imposed on the Safora and Landhi hydrants of the Water Board.

CEO Water Board Engineer Syed Salahuddin Ahmed said that the focal person hydrants is monitoring the sale water board operation itself.
