Police have arrested the woman’s husband for pulling out a pistol in an altercation outside an apartment in Du Darya area of Karachi, while the man who tortured the elevator and his accomplice are still at large.
On May 3 in Karachi, there were women in the elevator of an apartment on Du Darya. A few people entered the elevator. When the women prevented more people from entering the elevator, the matter got confused and a fight broke out. Meanwhile, the influential person lost his temper and the women were tortured along with the cook.
The video of the altercation in the lift went viral, in which women can be seen being slapped. They were also kicked and strangled by the cook. A child was also with the women. Who stood aside. When the matter escalated, other people also gathered and the security guards came, but the influential people were seen flying away from the security.
After the incident, there was a bitter argument between the woman’s husband and the cook. The woman’s husband had also pulled a weapon on the cook. The case was registered by the cook against the woman’s husband. The police arrested the woman’s husband.
The woman’s daughter’s demand for justice
The women who were tortured by an influential person in an elevator on Karachi Du Darya were mother and daughter. Sahibzdai Alina while talking to the news today said that I was going home tired from shopping that day Imran Abaro, the son of former MPA Muhammad Aslam Abaro, tried to forcefully enter the elevator. The person tortured us.
Alina further said that after the incident, when my father came to the apartment, Imran Abro’s colleagues who were downstairs tried to torture him too, on which my father took out a weapon and then after the incident, Imran had a fight with them. Abro was reconciled, but after 20 days, he filed a case against his father.
In a conversation with Aaj News, Alina Rana demanded justice and said that why are the people talking about human rights silent today, the opponents are influential people, we want justice.
