Kuwait announced, on Wednesday, the dissolution of the National Assembly and the call for new elections within months. It contains the decisions of his Crown Prince, as it was announced that the National Assembly would be constitutionally dissolved and that elections would be held.

The Emir of Kuwait had authorized his Crown Prince to address the Kuwaiti people on his behalf.
