Mohammad Iqbal, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker from Swat, has opposed the association with the banned organization and said that he is not involved in any activity. He went to Zaman Park on the call of his leader Imran Khan.
Tehreek-e-Insaf activist Muhammad Iqbal from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa termed the allegations leveled against him as propaganda.
In a video message released on Twitter, Muhammad Iqbal said that he joined PTI on 28 October 2022, went to Zaman Park as a worker on the call of party chairman Imran Khan. Not involved in any activity, there is a political maneuver against us.
PT worker Muhammad Iqbal further said that it is not possible that I am afraid to be a partner of Imran Khan and run away, I am not afraid of jail or anything else.
Muhammad Iqbal said that the propaganda about the banned organization is wrong. I strongly condemn the false allegation, I have no affiliation with Ban or any other organization.
It should be noted that IG Punjab and Caretaker Information Minister held a press conference in Lahore, in which various questions were answered regarding Zaman Park, the residence of Imran Khan.
On this occasion, caretaker information minister of Punjab Aamir Mir said that there are such reports, there are also people from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who are militants, the name of one came out who is related to Tehreek Nafas Sharia Muhammadi. Maulana Sufi was the right-hand man of the late Muhammad who served 8 years in jail and is part of a political party and was inducted by the KP CM. Such people are also there. When this operation is completed, action will be taken against all these people.
