The Lahore High Court has objected to the requests of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan for protective bail in 2 cases of terrorism.
The registrar’s office returned Imran Khan’s applications with objection.
According to the registrar’s office, the decision to grant bail to the other accused in the two Islamabad cases was not copied.
Mian Aslam Iqbal and Farrukh Habib had obtained protective bail, the copy of the decision on the protective bail of both the accused should be attached with the cases of Imran Khan.
It should be noted that yesterday Imran Khan had approached the court for protective bail in 2 cases registered in Ramna police station of Islamabad.
2 separate cases have been registered in Ramna police station for vandalizing former Prime Minister Imran Khan after his appearance in the Islamabad High Court and Judicial Complex.
21 PTI leaders, including former Prime Minister Imran Khan, have been named in 2 separate cases registered in Islamabad’s Ramna police station.
Apart from this, 250 PTI workers have also been named in these cases.
The cases include terrorism, interference with government and resisting government officials provisions.
