The hearing related to the indictment proceedings against former Prime Minister Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana criminal proceedings case is to be held today.

The situation outside the judicial complex is very tense, the workers and the police are at loggerheads and Imran Khan’s convoy is not being allowed to proceed.

Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal directed the deputy court to attend Imran Khan’s gate.

The court staff signed Imran Khan in the car in the presence of Shibli Faraz and SP Dr. Sami, after which he was allowed to go back.

Judge Zafar Iqbal says that it is difficult for Imran Khan to enter.

While Imran Khan’s lawyers have been instructed to sit in the courtroom.

Earlier, despite the delay in the hearing, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal said that he was ready to wait.

Justice Zafar Iqbal was present in the court room and he said that if someone wants to come to the court and is not allowed to come, then I will wait.

Judge Zafar Iqbal has directed the deputy court to speak to the senior police officer, tell the police to let whoever has to come.

Justice Zafar Iqbal said that under the SOPs, the persons included in the list should be allowed to come, the police should ensure attendance, the persons included in the list should not be stopped.

On the direction of Judge Zafar Iqbal, the Deputy Court left to talk to the police.
