ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Bar has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking review of the May 17 judgment regarding the interpretation of Article 63A.
As per the details, the Supreme Court Bar, in its petition for review of the Presidential Reference on the Interpretation of Article 63A, requested the Supreme Court to reconsider the judgment of May 17 regarding the interpretation of Article 63A.
The petition filed by the Supreme Court Bar Association has taken a stand that the vote of the deviant members of the Supreme Court should be withdrawn. The opinion of not counting is against the Constitution, the opinion of the Supreme Court is tantamount to interfering in the Constitution.
There will be only D-seats.
The Federal Government and the Election Commission have been made parties in the petition.
Note that the Supreme Court Had voted not to count the votes of deviant members.
