Islamabad United defeated Quetta Gladiators. Quetta Gladiators lost their sixth match in PSL.

Quetta Gladiators had given Islamabad United a target of 180 runs to win, which Islamabad United overcame by 8 wickets. On behalf of Islamabad United, Colin Munro scored 63 runs off 29 balls while Azam Khan scored 35 runs and Faheem Ashraf scored 39 runs.

Earlier in the match being played at Pindi Cricket Stadium, Islamabad United won the toss and invited Quetta Gladiators to bat.

Yasir Khan and Will Smid opened the innings for Quetta Gladiators. Mur Akmal scored 43 runs off just 14 balls with the help of 5 sixes and 2 fours to take his team’s score to 179 runs.

For Islamabad, Fazal Haq Farooqui dismissed 3, Faheem Ashraf 2 and Ruman Raees 1.
