The Saudi Ministry of Manpower through its portal (Musand) has given the facility to recruit domestic workers from foreign countries in ten new professions in the kingdom.

According to Saudi Arabia’s newspaper 24 and Ughwal, the Ministry of Manpower has said in a statement that the domestic staff sector in Saudi Arabia is being developed on modern lines.

It has been further said in the statement that ‘online services and modern technology are being taken advantage of in this regard, the ministry wants the quality of recruiting to be raised as well.

The ten occupations for which domestic workers can be called from abroad include family lady driver, home coffee shop, care worker, home guards, private teacher, home tailor, home manager, home farmer, personal assistant and support worker.
