Under the official Hajj scheme, only 10,000 applications have been collected so far, due to which the Ministry of Hajj has given a special discount on the receipt of applications.

Applications are being received from pilgrims wishing to perform Hajj this year in Pakistan from March 16 to March 31.

Sources say that only 10,000 applications have been collected under the official Hajj scheme so far. Under which banks have been instructed to collect Hajj expenses even for depositing less than fifty dollars through the sponsorship scheme.

It should be noted that this time the government has announced to allow the pilgrims who have deposited dollars under the sponsorship scheme to travel directly without drawing lots. Under this scheme, the overseas relatives or loved ones of pilgrims residing in Pakistan will have to deposit Hajj tributes in dollars to Pakistani banks.

According to the sources of Ministry of Religious Affairs, on depositing Hajj expenses in 4 thousand 802 Pakistani dollars, they will be able to get the happiness of Hajj without lottery. Dollars are expected to be received.

It is not allowed to deposit dollars from Pakistan under Sponsorship Hajj Scheme, under this scheme 4325 dollars have to be deposited from North Region while 4285 dollars are being received from South Region under Hajj Sponsorship Scheme.

Sources further say that this year, Hajj applications can be submitted from March 16 to March 31. This time, more time has been given to submit Hajj applications than in the past. The pace is slow.

According to the sources, 89 thousand 605 Pakistani pilgrims will perform Hajj under the official Hajj scheme, 50% quota has been allocated for the sponsorship scheme under the official Hajj scheme.
