The Ministry of Interior has imposed a ban on taking GB police personnel to other provinces for the security of the Governor and Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan.

The Ministry of Interior while issuing orders regarding the security of the Governor and Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan said that the concerned province will provide security wherever the Chief Minister and the Governor go.

The Ministry of Interior has sent a letter to the Chief Secretaries and IGs of the four provinces and Azad Kashmir and also directed the IG and Chief Commissioner Islamabad to provide security.
