The Public Prosecution on its Twitter account has said that exploiting a person, hiring him to beg, engaging him in prostitution, transferring him to someone else, giving shelter to a beggar is prohibited.
The statement clarified that promiscuity or any behavior related to it is one of the major crimes that require arrest. According to the public prosecution, the punishment for engaging in these acts includes imprisonment for up to 15 years and a fine of up to 1 million Riyals.
