Dubai: A seven-year-old Indian girl holds the Guinness World Record for becoming the youngest certified yoga instructor.

According to Guinness World Records, Pranavi Gupta was 7 years and 165 days old when she became the youngest Yoga Astani.

Pranavi was certified as an istani after completing a 200-hour training course from the Yoga Alliance organization.

Pranavi Gupta told the organization that she wants to spread the passion of yoga among as many people as possible.

Before him, the record of the youngest teacher was held by Riyansh Surani of India who got his certificate at the age of 9 years and 220 days.
