Security high alert, 4 thousand personnel deployed
On the occasion of Imran Khan’s appearance, security is on high alert around the judicial complex in Sector G-11, where more than 4,000 personnel of CTD, Rangers, Islamabad and Punjab Police are present. Concrete barriers are being erected outside the complex under tight security and only relevant persons will be allowed to enter.

Section 144 enforced

Antamiya has issued a list of eligible persons to enter the court, according to which Imran Khan, his lawyers, Election Commission lawyers and senior leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf have been allowed to enter the courtroom. .
In addition to Imran Khan, 13 names are included in the list, including Shibli Faraz, Shahzad Wasim, Asad Qaisar, Amir Kayani, Pervezakhtak and Mahmud Khan, besides the names of Khawaja Haris, Gohar Khan and Shirafazl Marwat in the team of lawyers.
The names of Amjad Pervez, Nawaz Chaudhry and Hamza Altaf are among the lawyers of Election Commission.
It should be noted that earlier, January 31 was fixed for the indictment of Imran Khan, but due to his continued absence, the Persuasion Court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant on February 28 and ordered it to be presented on March 7. After that, the Islamabad High Court suspended the arrest warrant on March 7 and ordered Imran Khan to appear on March 13.
Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant was reinstated when he did not appear on March 13 and the Sessions Court ordered him to appear on March 18 by issuing an arrest warrant.
