The hearing of Tosha Khana case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan was shifted from F8 Court of Islamabad to Judicial Complex.
Imran Khan will now appear in Court No. 1 of Judicial Complex G11 instead of F8 courtroom.
Chief Commissioner Islamabad shifted the courtroom from the courtroom to the judicial complex by using the powers, the notification of which has also been issued.
According to the notification, the Tosha Khana case against Imran Khan will be heard in court number one of the judicial complex.
The notification states that the place of hearing of the case has been transferred only once.
On the other hand, in view of Imran Khan’s appearance, the spokesperson of Islamabad Police said in a statement that Section 144 is in force in the capital, so carrying weapons is prohibited.
Spokesman Islamabad Police issued instructions to the public and said that citizens should avoid unnecessary travel in G-11 and G-10, carry identification documents, proof of ownership of their vehicle while driving and cooperate with the police during checking. .
