According to Turkish media reports, the Millat Ittihad summit was hosted by the Saadat Party, in which Kemal Kilicdaroglu has been unanimously nominated as the unanimous candidate against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
In an address to thousands of people in Ankara, Kemal Kilicdaroglu said, “We have a table and we have to lead the country towards peace and prosperity.”
Kemal Kilicdaroglu promised his supporters that we will govern the country in consultation, and bring back a parliamentary system, while five other leaders will serve as vice presidents in his government.
Observers watching the Turkish presidential election say that Kemal Kilicdaroglu can take advantage of the economic crisis, rising inflation and the aftermath of the devastating earthquake of the past few days.
It should be remembered that 46,000 people died and thousands of buildings were turned into piles of rubble in the recent earthquake in Turkey.
