WAPDA won the National Women’s Swimming Championship held in Lahore, WAPDA won 21 medals in the event.
The National Women’s Swimming Championship 2023 was held in Lahore, won by WAPDA.
WAPDA won 12 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals with 300 points in the championship.
In the event, Pakistan Army won 5 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze medals with 259 points and stood second.
Sindh finished third in the National Women’s Swimming Championship, winning 2 gold, 8 silver and 9 bronze medals with 200 points.
Wapda’s swimmer Aara Nabi bagged the title of best swimmer of the championship by winning 5 individual gold medals in the championship, where he also set a new national record in the championship.
The swimming championship held in Lahore continued for three days.
