California: Hearing the age of 90 years brings to our minds the image of any frail and emaciated elderly person who needs the help of a stick or other person to even walk normally.
But the personality of Jim Errington from California is completely opposite to this concept. Even at the age of 90, he does bodybuilding regularly and is physically strong and fit like a young man.
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Jim Errington has the honor of being the world’s oldest bodybuilder.
The American citizen started his bodybuilding at the age of 13. According to Jim Errington, one day as a boy he visited a medical store where he saw a picture of bodybuilders on the cover of a magazine. After seeing the picture, the idea of doing body work also arose in his heart. And then they made it their passion.
He bought a book written by a Canadian bodybuilder for 25 cents and started doing bodybuilding exercises at home according to the instructions in it. Within a few months, he gained 10 pounds and arm fish began to appear.
Later, he started going to the gym regularly for bodybuilding and still maintains this routine.
Now, although his body is not in the same condition as it was a few decades ago, he is not ready to break the relationship with bodybuilding.
While giving an interview to a journal, he said that at this age, the body becomes weak, so you have to be careful while exercising. At this age you cannot do the strenuous exercises that you used to do a few years ago. Although this is heartbreaking for me, I want to maintain a relationship with bodybuilding till my last breath.
When Jim Arrington started bodybuilding, his dream was to win the title of Mr. America, but maybe there was a genetic problem with him that, despite hard work, he could not shape his body into the desired shape. But they are doing bodybuilding even at this age when many bodybuilders can’t even move their body.
