Yemen..Houthi gunman kills his wife and another slaughters his father

Domestic violence crimes have turned into a daily phenomenon that raises terror and fear among the population in the Yemeni areas under the control of the terrorist Houthi militia, and these crimes are often committed by members of the militia’s followers. A Houthi element killed his wife in Dhamar Governorate, central Yemen, after another element killed his father in one of the districts of Sanaa Governorate. He attacked his wife in their home in the Atma district of Dhamar governorate, then mutilated her, pouring hot water on her face and body, and mutilating her.

In addition, a Houthi gunman killed his father in one of the districts of the countryside of Sanaa Governorate, northern Yemen, in light of the recurrence of domestic violence crimes in the areas under the control of the Houthi coup militia.

Identical local sources said that a Houthi recruit named Mahmoud Muhammad Hassan, from the Al-Hima internal district, had shot his father before his death. He was used by the “Janabiya” (white weapon) trying to separate his father's head from his body.

The sources explained that the perpetrator committed the crime after he asked his father and his brothers to go to the fronts to fight in the ranks of the Houthi militia, but his request was met.

The sources stated that the crime occurred immediately after the perpetrator returned from one of the fighting fronts, where he remained among the militia fighters, where he fled after committing the crime.

The crimes of sons killing their fathers were repeated in Houthi militia-controlled areas as a result of the inciting sectarian courses that sons receive in Houthi summer camps, according to observers.
